After earning a degree in economics and years of experience in the sector, I understood that my true talent lay in the art of welcoming.
From this awareness Milvio22 Apartment was born: a project built on empathy, meticulous attention to detail and a deep love for Rome, which inspires and motivates me every day.
Our passion for hospitality and design led us to be featured on Real Time's Casa a Prima Vista — a unique experience that confirmed how special this apartment truly is.

On the first floor of a quiet building, Milvio22 is an 80 sqm apartment designed for relaxation, beauty and functionality.
The welcoming living room with dining table and smart TV is perfect for sharing moments together. Two double bedrooms offer total comfort with spacious beds, ample wardrobes and smart TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped: traditional and microwave oven, combi fridge, Nespresso machine with milk frother, juicer and more. The modern bathroom has a shower with integrated radio, bidet, hairdryer and full towel set.
What makes the stay unique is a splendid 50 sqm terrace: furnished and surrounded by greenery, ideal for breakfast in the sun or an aperitivo at sunset.

Truly extraordinary and welcoming structure. Comfortable beds and every comfort of a meticulously furnished apartment. Well located for the Stadio Olimpico — really 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is near Ponte Milvio among lovely local spots and restaurants. Two steps from the Stadio Olimpico. Well organised, spotless, large rooms, comfortable big beds. Every room perfectly furnished with taste and attention to detail. The cherry on top: a large terrace. Gianluca welcomed us with great kindness. The parking was essential — we reached the stadium on foot leaving the car safe. Our family had a great time including our Dalmatian. We will return and recommend for families of 4 or a group of friends. Thank you Gianluca!
Apartment 5 minutes on foot from Ponte Milvio with condominium parking and electric gate. A second pedestrian entrance faces the Gran Madre di Dio church. Clean, cared for in every detail, quiet and very comfortable beds — we truly felt at home. Four-star stay! Host Gianluca exceptional and available for every need. Highly recommended! We will return.
